1. Shipping Partner

We deliver orders through TCS, one of Pakistan’s most reliable courier services.
For international orders, shipments are handled via TCS and its global logistics partners.


2. Delivery Time

Within Pakistan:

  • Standard delivery: 2–5 business days
  • Remote areas: 3–7 business days

International Orders:

  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days
  • Delivery time may vary depending on destination and customs clearance

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day

4. Shipping Charges

Local Shipping (Pakistan):

  • Charges are calculated at checkout or may be free on selected orders/promotions

International Shipping:

  • Charges depend on:
    • Destination country
    • Weight and dimensions of the parcel
  • Final shipping cost will be shown at checkout or confirmed via customer support

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number
  • You can track your shipment directly via the TCS tracking system

6. Delivery Policy

  • Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate
  • Our courier partner may contact you before delivery
  • If the customer is unavailable, delivery may be re-attempted

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available within Pakistan only
  • International orders must be prepaid

8. International Shipping Policy

  • Customers are responsible for:
    • Custom duties
    • Taxes or import charges (if applicable in their country)
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by custom clearance

9. Failed Delivery / Returned Shipments

  • If a parcel is returned due to:
    • Incorrect address
    • Customer unavailable
  • The customer may need to pay re-shipping charges
